StayLuma.ai supports the daily operations of a hotel. It has two applications:
- The Staff App, a mobile-first app for hotel staff. You use it on your phone to see your shift, work through your tasks, check rooms, record sales and count stock. Managers also see team operations and revenue dashboards in it.
- The StayLuma.ai web application, used by managers and administrators to manage reservations, staff, schedules, tasks, attendance, payroll, point of sale, inventory, messaging and the hotel's configuration.
What you see in either application depends on your role and on how your hotel has set up StayLuma.ai.
